• Provided mechanical engineering services for the programming effort of a 1,000,000 SF, seven-story, mixed use building. Building included two floors of high-tech manufacturing space, a 2.6 MW data center, four floors of office space, a café and a fitness center - all designed to accommodate 3,800 employees.
• Created various energy models systems using Trane Trace and eQuest.
• Assisted with mechanical design for a programming effort for a large office, manufacturing facility
