On Palm Desert’s premier shopping thoroughfare, a complete demolition of an existing masonry building and new 5000 SF framed shell building for future tenant occupation. New shell has a level interior slab with an exposed ceiling 5’ higher than the old building. Exterior façade matches the more modern look of El Paseo with a large storefront window, ceramic tile, and metal fascia panels.

Northgate Community Church, Project Manager ($3.3M)Cathedral City, CA
Construction of a new 2-story, 16,000 SF church on vacant 6 acre lot at the corner of Date Palm & 30th Ave. Building features classrooms, offices, toddler room, and a 272 seat Worship Center. Exterior of the building featured sloping pop-out walls and parapets with three different stucco finishes. Utility services were brought on site; two driveway entrances and 79 parking spots were added to the property.

Church of the Resurrection – Phase 2, Project Manager ($2.8M)Escondido, CA
Clear and grub of existing site and installation of the underground utilities for a future building and other features. Import of approximately 20,000 CY of soil for future building pad and new parking lot with an additional 500 spaces.
Indian Wells Tennis Garden – Stadium 2 Expansion ($94M) Indian Wells, CA
Addition of an 8,000 seat tennis stadium to the existing Indian Wells Tennis Garden property. Some features of the new stadium included 3 full service restaurants, 3 quick service restaurants, 4 concession booths, and a new box office. A new grand entrance was added to the property along with three large shade structures, expanded walkways, and lounging areas.
