Educated primarily in England, I have the equivalent to BS Business Admin. Degree from an American College & a Mechanical Engineering Full Technological Certificate in Production Engineering award, from Guildford Technical College, Surrey. England
Employment 2009/2010:
Foreseeing current recession, I retooled by studying for the USGBC LEED GA (Green Associate) and LEED AP (Accredited Professional) examinations; successful in both, I qualified as Accredited Professional w Specialty in Building Design & Construction.
I have experience on (2) separate LEED projects as also the $1.4Bn Vancouver WA. Waterfront Development Project for which Master Plan was approved 10 16 2009.
April 2008 to Oct. 2009:
‘Owner’s Representative’ consultancy role, assigned to Vancouver, WA. USA. $1.4Bn Columbia River Waterfront, mega project.
Duties included interaction with >40 different entities, including, the partners, city and state, county & county law offices, attorney’s, engineering specialists and etc., Achievements include negotiating the ground water rights with DOE Olympia WA., initiating adoption, of sustainable onsite sewage water treatment system utilizing Kubota (Japan) membrane technology, TASS (TX) Central Heating & Cooling etc.,

February 2006 to July 31 2007:
Consultant with ATI (Absorbent Technologies Inc,) Albany, Oregon, USA, assigned to Global Reforestation market. In 2007 role expanded to cover agricultural prospects and other industry applications for ‘ZEBA’ (Corn Starch based ‘Hydrogel’) including development of international marketing and sales plans.
March 2003 to February 2006:
Wallbilt LLC. Managing Partner, Oregon Insured, Licensed and Bonded Construction Contractor (CCB 158714) combined with Certified Oregon Home/Building Inspector (OCHI 760) engaged in design/construction of new buildings and Thermal Imagery building inspection and weatherization services.
