I have extensive experience in mechanical design & construction in the architectural industry.
I understand fast track projects while providing architectural, mechanical & civil design and construction for my clients through Job Order Contracting.
In order to provide services on a fast track for my clients within budget and on time I adhere to a precise plan for all activities such a programming, procuring, safety, quality assurance / quality control, testing, inspecting, schedule and closeout.
My philosophy is to “plan the work then work the plan”.
