- Led technical work related to coatings development, processing and characterization as well as high temperature environmental exposure, testing, and analysis
- Advanced coating and sealant technology toward commercialization for various applications in defense and commercial aerospace, energy, power generation, petrochemical, semiconductor, and metals processing
- Developed coatings and sealants for various materials including metals (porous, foils, and bulk), ceramics (dense and porous), ceramic matrix composites, and thermal barrier coatings in high temperature environments.
