- Coordinates and plans pre-production and pilot production project meeting involving team member from different departments. Delegates tasks to involving different departments and follow up to ensure each department is on schedule.
- In 2011, coordinated the movement of the newly build JetSki assembly line with floor personnel, department managers, maintenance, and engineering. Facilitated major projects with 11 departmental moves and equipment in excess of $700,000.
- Proposes capital improvement projects for upcoming year. In 2012, spearheaded wood crating/packaging improvement to save company in excess of $80,000.
