Designed and installed a new VMware virtual server environment, with servers, new managed switches, and an iSCSI SAN. Program and maintain all election equipment (IVO, DS200 optical scanners, EVIDS, laptop, and M650 high speed scanner) for all 94 precincts around the county. Maintain and develop a DR plan, and also a plan for a hurricane during election time. Development of custom programs for reports and data analyst using C# and SQL Database.
Manager of Telephony, Allen Systems Group (ASG), 2/06 – 11/07
Designed and implemented an upgraded Nortel IP PBX and Cisco Call manger to IP phones with VOIP to over 35 US offices. Enabled communication using SIP between the Cisco Call Manager and Microsoft LCS with the Nortel PBX for LCS presence. Managed and controlled over 1000 cellular devices (PDAs, cell phones and wireless cards, Blackberries) and 50 PBXs throughout 75 offices around the world connected with a MPLS WAN. Managed and controlled a Polycom voice and video conference system.
