• Managed 12 person team of surveyors to assist, deliver and process measurement data for each parcel; compared findings with original data provided by farmers to determine legitimate property lines
• Discussed measurement errors and land disputes with municipality leaders and technicians resulting in correctly mapped plots and legal property titles granted to poor farmers by the government
