Production Planning
Communicated with operations, management, and peer engineers to create a working model of aggregate plant production by product and production mode to create a balanced, cost-effective schedule. The schedule can be easily updated based on mode changes and empirical production values found from tons-per-hour readings. Basic geologic modeling, mine planning, and coordination with the Construction Department also played key roles in this project. Economic support through incorporation labor and equipment rates based on operating hours and plant balance.
Short-Term Mine Planning
Incorporated borehole data, projected geologic surfaces, GPS surveys, and permitted mine plan (phasing) to create short-term mine plan and quantity estimates for multiple sites in the Valley Region of Granite. Incorporated observed plant idi...
