Project Management
Serve as Project Management “subject matter expert” in emergency management planning, mitigation, risk assessment, scope of work, benefit cost analysis and environmental compliance. Manage project teams at various levels and ensure policy compliance for budgeting/estimates, contracts, and document control. Possess the knowledge, skill and ability to find solutions to client/applicants concerns according to predetermined methods.
Government Policy & Procedure Implementation
Formal and active knowledge of the Robert T. Stafford 9500 Series Policy in reference to the Public Assistance Act. Estimator/Scheduler
Develop project scope of work, contract lifecycle, estimates, schedule forecast, invoicing, and applicants’ briefings.
Provide detailed estimates and schedules for environmental mitigation, heavy civil, public structures, physical infrastructure, and risk analysis utilizing benefit cost analysis. Perform purchase order/task order/contract functions such as processing modifications, resolving payment issues, conducting performance assessments, coordinating startup scheduling, turnover and life cycle schedule.

Independently communicate with contract recipients (local/state applicants) in respond to inquiries related to contract applications.
