● Manage third party contractors including safety oversight, environmental design specification compliance, and similar construction specifications and requirements.
● Communicating with client regarding project status and coordinating among all parties involved to resolve issues with site construction, procurement, and/or engineering.
● Review engineering designs, drawings, blueprints, and other related engineering documents, to identify potential problems ahead of time and proactively implement solutions.
● Oversee all on-site project activity to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with engineering design.

○ Trocadero Diverplex Phase 1 ($415,000.00) - San Juan, Puerto Rico- Architectural interior renovation of AcuaExpreso’s terminal located in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico.

○ Lilly del Caribe PR01 Ceiling Tile Replacement ($152,000.00) - Carolina, Puerto Rico- Facilities upgrade in various manufacturing areas of pharmaceutical installation. During the project existing ceiling tile was replaced with painted gypsum board in order to improve the existing ceiling and standardize all manufacturing areas.
○ Lilly del Caribe PC02 Laundry Renovation ($91,074.46) - Carolina, Puerto Rico- Relocalization of laundry equipment to maximize space and functionality and create a clean room.
○ Lilly del Caribe MG2 & KKE Integration ($139,165.50) - Carolina, Puerto Rico- Facilities upgrade to expand Capsule MG2 Room and integrate new KKE Checkweigher unit to have a 100% of weight inspection capability.
○ Lilly del Caribe HR Connect Project PR01, ($38,053.00) - Carolina, Puerto Rico- Provide construction of an area for the HR Connect Project, Services includes: demolition works, ceiling tiles, gypsum wall board lighting; and architectural works including new ceiling tiles with Fascia, cover walls with sheets of PVC, install new lamp ceiling and walls, install wood furniture, install computer stations with chairs.
○ Lilly del Caribe HR Connect Project PR06, ($40,062.50) - Guayama, Puerto Rico- Provide construction of an area of approx. 18 x 8 in Building 10, services includes: demolition works, ceiling tiles, gypsum wall board lighting 2'x4'; and architectural works including new ceiling tiles with Fascia, cover walls with sheets of PVC, install new lamp ceiling and walls, install wood furniture, install computer stations with chairs.
○ High Performance Green Building Modernization and Other Alteration Work for the Clement Ruiz Nazario Courthouse and the Federico Degetau Federal Office Building ($560,000.00) – San Juan, Puerto Rico- Responsible to provide all coordination, manufacturing, fabrication, labor, materials, tools, equipment and appurtenances of every kind for the complete execution to furnish and install the Resilient Base, Linoleum Flooring and related work as described in the Specifications, Drawings, Site Logistics Plans and herein.

The scope of the work for the building includes the following: redesign and replacement of HVAC system; upgrade of electrical panels and distribution system; implementation of energy conservation program.
