- Greenfield site: First Magna Closures JIT/MES “Build to Broadcast” start- up facility.
- Greenfield site; First Edscha Roof Systems in North America (Toluca, Mexico).

Responsible for providing leadership, direction and support to Environ’s organizations and customers for engineering development, business expansion, standards and procedures, and other related corporate engineering matters. Environ Industries is a start-up, multi-disciplined engineering firm specializing in the product development and manufacturing equipment integrating for micro-coating technologies for a wide range of durable goods for aerospace, automotive, consumer and commercial products.
• Engineering Management: Responsible for management of all engineering personnel including (10) direct employees, vendor companies, organization budget, contractual matters and negotiations, sales support and management of engineering offices in Seattle, Detroit and engineering partners in Germany, the UK and Hong Kong.

Program Manager responsible for coordination of product development and manufacturing engineering activities for all GMX511 Global Rear Wheel Drive platform upper vehicle Body-In-White (BIW) component s from engineering production release through to program launch.
• GMX511 Program responsible for the following:
- BIW coordinator for Manufacturing Engineering, the Production Plant (GM Canada - Oshawa, Ont.) and Product Development (Holden - Melbourne, Australia).
- Co-Chair for BIW component Product Development Team.
- Primary program manager for the Metals Fabricating Division (MFG).
- Support Plant Launch and Body Shop activities required to assure a successful launch.
- Assure that all manufacturing and Global Vehicle Development Process deliverables are met.

Vehicle Closures and Modules Group - Chrysler JS 41C/D and JS27 Door Module Program
Directed and program managed manufacturing development, engineering, process planning, supplier management and plant integration of all assembly lines for Magna’s “Build to Broadcast” door module assembly plant. The Greenfield site plant was the first JIT/MES “Build to Broadcast Door Module venture for Magna Closures and served as the Magna Closures “benchmark” facility.
• Responsibilities included:
- Program management, manufacturing engineering and financial control for a multi-million dollar capital equipment budget including: Development and specifications for RFQ bid packages, selection of equipment suppliers and bid SO, financial planning, executive budget reporting, cost-down objectives, P&L tracking, deep-dive cost activities,
- Management, engineering and process development and final SO (sign-off) control for (6) direct N. America and European equipment vendors, personnel and related activities - Equipment included (4) separate power and free door module assembly line systems, End of Line Test equipment, sub-assembly work cells, multi-axis robotic sealant system, part presentation systems and gauges.
- Management and definition of JIT plant lay-out for assembly line and processing equipment
