Partnered with customers’ senior leadership to develop multimillion-dollar highly-automated logistics solutions and lead presentations to C-level decision makers; winning all but one bid over two years.
Invented Logistics Genome Mapping™, a semi-automated decision-making tool for analyzing operations, creating and assessing competing materials handling system designs using statistical analysis, metaheuristics and simulation
Lead departmental continuous improvement efforts by writing engineering programs and simulators cutting many customer response times from several days down to only minutes. Simultaneously increased the scope of data analyses previously conducted to incorporate advanced measures of data stability and quasi-simulative analyses of historical data to deliver insights leading to more cost-effective designs and invalidation of competitors’ designs.
Tasked by senior leadership to standardize data analysis techniques across all global units totaling hundreds of engineers leading to standardized workflows and valid results reducing risk and decreasing bid prices.
