Objective
Actively seeking a position as a System Integration and/or System Test Engineer in which to utilize my broad engineering experience with Voice Solutions including P.25 LMR Systems, VoIP (SIP, UDP,RTP,MGCP), WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, and Circuit Switched solutions with SS7 and ISDN Q.931. I have applied these principles to a variety of Industry Platforms, Applications and Product Deployments for both Lab and Field Environments.

* Trained the newly established Field Support Groups for both LMR and VoIP solutions providing basic Documentation and Guidelines.
* Familiar with TCP/IP Networking and Routing, Protocols and Signaling involved in session establishment over ATM/VPN and Ethernet using SIP, MGCP, MEGACO for session control and utilizing UDP, RTP for Media Transport with Multicast Routing.
* Tested Circuit Switched Systems including Wired & Wireless TDMA/CDMA with all TDM protocols such as SS7, Q.931 ISDN, AIN, TCAP, LNP.
* I have used INET and MGTS for SS7 traffic generation into a TDM STP for transfer to a packet switched solution utilizing VoIP and terminating to SIP phones.
* I have used network sniffers Ethereal/Wireshark to validate message content and flow for Protocol Analysis.
* I am also bilingual in Spanish.

* Performed P25 ISSI/CSSI Integration for the IPICS Collaboration Product utilizing Etherstack ISSI SW and Remote P25 Trunked Systems. Delivered Integration & Test Strategies, Test Bed Design and Test Cases as part of the overall ISSI System Implementation Process.
* Performed overall Integration and System Testing for Cisco IPICS Solution. This effort involved Cisco IDC, Unified Call Manager, Wireless Network AP Controllers, Wireless AP’s, IPICS Unix servers and IOS based routers (G1/G2) including LMR P.25 Radios and Tone Control.
* Performed Voice Quality Testing for Cisco IPICS Product and interfacing endpoints including Cisco IP Phones, IPICS Dispatch Console, and LMR E&M ports with G711 and G729R8 codecs over RTP VoIP. Utilized several Test Tools including Multi_DSLA for Analysis, Voice generation, and script execution.
* Performed successful Cisco IPICS LMR/Dispatch Console product demonstrations for visiting customer engineering teams.
* Created Multiple “How To …” documents providing Test Direction instructions, trouble-shooting, and execution hints.

* Performed 802.11 B/G/N Integration Testing utilizing the Veriwave Wavetest90 test box and isolation chamber to verify client connections, security and data transfer including SD, HD, TCP and UDP streams. In addition, verified MIMO and Aggregation functionality for 802.11N clients in both 2.4 and 5.2GHz Radio Spectrum.
* Performed 802.11 B/G//N AP performance testing for multiple vendor PCI cards including Broadcom, Atheros, and Metalink.
* Performed Basic Router testing for QoS, NAT, Port Forwarding, DMZ and Reserved Port testing.
* Created Test Plans and Test cases for the ROS2000 In-home AP and Router migrating test cases into Spiratest Test Control Suite. Also created GUI test cases using the Quick Test Pro.
