PETROLEUM COOPORATION. 3-D Seismic Data Acquisition for NAPIMS/NNPC, Chad Basin Prospect.
Responsible for:
Modelling the survey design using MESA, producing the pre-plot fold coverage maps of the survey in the contractual offset ranges and planning real-time offsets.
Generating recording program/bin-in for the recording department using SPSMS.
Achievement:
Successfully completed Phases 1(196.244sqkm and 18,868 SPs), 2(334.997sqkm and 31,261 SPs) and 3(311.761sqkm and 29,034 SPs) before deadline without a drop in the full fold coverage below contractual limits.

Networking and Supervision of Survey field layout, Drillers’ feedback, and Recorders bin-out to ascertain output integrity.

Managing the refraction team, designing the refraction grid, ensuring that the refraction points are scouted prior to drilling/logging.
