PROJECT MQ-9 Aircraft Control Laws
EXPERIENCE Analyzed the static and dynamic stability of the MQ-9 Reaper, which included the design of the state space model, MATLAB code for the entire system, SURFACES modeling and created and analyzed the velocity, pitch and altitude hold models in SIMULINK.
Gulfstream QSJ Project
The team designed the outboard wing for the Gulfstream QSJ, which included structural analysis and design of the ribs, spars, aileron systems and actuators, composite skin analysis, manufacturability, all fittings and hardware, and a splice connection for removal to the inboard wing section.
Aircraft Design
Designed a certified LSA aircraft to a required surveillance mission, this included a 3D design in CATIA, 2D design and analysis in SURFACES and all calculations of the flight design for the aircraft.
