• Knowledge of basic safety engineering practices, i.e. measuring air flow rates
• Have experience taking soil, air and water samples
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSA and EPA laws and regulations
• Expert computer operating skills with Citrix, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SPSS, and HDIS
• Presented numerous times to fellow peers, professors and other professionals
• Willing to relocate out of Toledo, and travel up to 50%

• Presented to approximately 45 restaurant owners and management about food safety, and how to prevent future food related violations. Also presented to the County Board of Health about the importance of food inspections.
• Managed health and safety programs for ten county schools as well as for Stryker Correctional Facility
• Assisted registered sanitarians with numerous restaurant inspections
