JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Working as a Front Office Coordinate Engineer at Dresser-Rand Olean, NY, USA facility for Turbo-Cam Division.
Completed Certified training of Turbo Products (Specialized in Centrifugal Compressors).
To review & deliver error free CAM programs of Shaft which is the most critical part of Centrifugal Compressor by using UG NX6
To do the modeling of Shaft & Labyrinth seal using UG NX6.
Experience in generating tool path for turning machines.
Experience in creating avoidance, boundary and drive points for turning.
Tool selection with respect to insert radius, material to be machined
