Receiving Inspection Director (2010 to 2011)
• Created and implemented the Houston operation’s Grief procedures and processes for hardware that does not conform to Boeing’s Supplier Quality Engineering specifications. The process coordinates and integrates with the Supplier Management; Supplier Quality; and the Receiving and Inspection Departments.
• Manage incoming Purchase Orders and generate weekly and monthly performance metrics to monitor cycle times, grief and escapes.
Quality Engineer (2007 - 2010)
• Developed and implemented a database to track and manage project Problem Reports. The database provides a status report on the multiple space station and space shuttle projects underway. The report is updated daily, and details all open and resolved quality issues; giving management a clear picture of each project’s progress toward completion.
• Team member on a Value Stream Mapping Project for the Software Development Integration Lab. Major contributor in assisting the team to develop a new approach that reduced process from 34 days to 16 days.

• Perform audits of the supplier's quality system. Perform follow-up audit to ensure corrective action(s) with the supplier. Generate and perform analyses of the supplier metrics, implementing corrective action as required. Process part nonconformance documentation attributed to the supplier, and implement corrective action as required.

• Audited the complete documentation package (several thousand pages) for the S-0 superstructure for conformance with NASA contract specifications. Located several critical quality control omissions and verified each step to ensure full quality assurance compliance prior to product certification and shipment.
