• Increased materials screening throughput by more than 600% by acquiring improved instrumentation and implementing better data acquisition methods. Identified new characterization methods for elucidating structure-property relationship of hybrid silicon-lanthanide resin materials.
• Performed DFT simulations of hybrid organic-inorganic resins to search for blue sensitizing ligands.
