• Research and design CMOS based active inductor under large signal swing, and its application
in active VCO.A Matlab script based on Gm/ID methodology is developed to automated design
the sizing and bias condition of the transistors. A lower power acitve VCO that operates at 400
MHz is laid out and ready to be fabricated.
