Formed the engineering team and created a design and production process for Bluetooth v1.2 and v2.0 RF, digital Baseband controller and H.263 AV Codec IC and HW products. Focused the team on shipping the product on time and generated first revenue. Hands on involvement in all aspect of running the company from Analog IC design, RF design, ASIC design, HW products development, embedded SW development, IC test, manufacturing and QA.
• Cofounded a Bluetooth and AV Codec IC company. Hands on involvement in ASIC and RF design, Analog IP (DAC, power mos, DC2DC, PLL), embedded SW development, manufacturing, marketing.
• Delivered multiple consumer hardware product working with Taiwanese and Chinese OEM and ODM. Worked with in-house and third party software companies in embedded system development for HW product and 20 reference designs.

Avalent Technologies
Responsible for building the engineering team from a few engineers to over 30 engineers and developed the first release of a 32b ARM compatible RISC Processor in less than 10 months. Involved in RTL, Circuit design and verification of the Processor
• Founded a RISC Processor Company compatible with the most popular RISC used in mobile phones today. Focused the teams on the customer deliverables and relentlessly executed on development plans.
• Responsible for register file, data path and memory circuit design. Involved in the Band Gap Reference design.
• Established customer, production support center in Taiwan, minimizing the time between design, fabrication, packaging, testing and design win. Also offering local support for APAC customers, especially Japan
