Requirements Traceability/Volatility POC – Responsible for requirements traceability/volatility tracking for GS MRW platform systems team. Work with customers to develop custom reports showing traceability of program/product-line documentation to Catastrophic/Critical Safety requirements. Establish processes for tracking and reporting requirement traceability, quality metrics and volatility.
IOCF POC – Managed efforts of both on-site and off-shore engineers to maintain IOCF documentation for Commercial Systems On-board Maintenance System (OMS) team. Worked with project engineers to ensure timely completion of IOCF work to meet program schedules.
Subcontract Technical POC – As Technical Point of Contact (POC) for subcontractor developing NSA Type 1 Cryptographic Subsystem, my focus is to provide guidance on product design to meet requirements, ensure program schedule is maintained and satisfy customer expectations. Responsibilities include:
* Direct and coordinate activities of subcontractor with that of internal engineering teams to support program schedules for software development, integration and verification.?
* Coordinate meetings and document reviews and submittals with ESC/NSA and subcontractor.

* Control scope growth to minimize cost and schedule impacts to System Integration.
Deputy Integration Lead – Assist with supervision of multi-disciplinary integration team on a large SATCOM program involving multiple subsystems. Responsibilities include:
* Maintain internal tools for managing defect tracking.
* Establish processes for defect resolution.
Senior Systems Engineer – Collaborate with team of Systems engineers to capture and analyze customer requirements. Provide guidance to other development teams on best practices to satisfy customer expectations. Responsibility include:
* Established Change Control Board for System Protocol Specification.
