Construction Manager of Paseo Caribe Project located next to the landmark Caribe Hilton Hotel in old San Juan. This mixed-use development takes advantage of ocean views. The project includes an 185,000sf retail/entertainment center, two luxury condominium towers and waterfront villas overlooking the ocean. $73M
Lead Engineer Inspector and Construction Manager of the rehabilitation of public buildings for the Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration (PRPHA) – $230 millions in 15 projects and more than 100 employees.
University of Puerto Rico Pharmacy Building - The project consists of the construction of three buildings: a pharmacy school, and amphitheater and a museum. The new school of pharmacy is comprised of 4 floors of reinforced concrete and the amphitheater included 350 seats. $21M.
Lead Engineer Inspector and Construction Manager in Comunidades Especiales Program. More than 50 projects with 20 engineers/inspectors. A total of 1,100 houses were rehabilitated and 400 were new construction. This program was a government program for families with low income. $300M

Quality Assurance/Quality Control Inspector - Tren Urbano for the Hato Rey segment $117M, 3.7km and 5 Stations. The Tren Urbano (English: Urban Train), is a 10.7-mile (17.2 km) fully automated rapid transit that serves the metropolitan area of San Juan in Puerto Rico, and has stops in the municipalities of San Juan, Bayamón and Guaynabo. It is electrified by third rail at 750 V DC. The Tren Urbano consists of 16 stations along a single line.
As Lead Quality Assurance/Quality Control Inspector QA/QC Resident Engineer, responsible for the supervision of the personnel inspecting all activities (twelve employees) and the activities itself at the project and QA/QC Office. Activities include, among others:
• Project Management Plans and dependent systems and procedures are developed and implemented in compliance with the requirements of the Project Quality System, the client and/or regulatory requirements.
• Train QA/QC personnel in project quality plan requirements and ensure they have the knowledge to implement and maintain the plan.
• Observe each inspector capabilities to achieve their daily of quality task as per the project planning.
• Evaluate the total QA/QC team’s effectiveness implementation and verification of construction inspection and testing activities.
• Issuance of non-conformance reports, corrective action, and preventive action management processes.
