Reported directly to the Commandant of Naval District Washington on waterfront activities in the region.
* Utilized Six Sigma tools to persuade several commercial airlines to implement engine wash programs. These programs provided the customers with significant fuel savings while at the same time increasing the overall value of the GE product. Certified: General Electric Green Belt
* Graduated from the Maine Maritime Academy with a degree in Marine Engineering Operations and licensed by the USCG as a 3rd Assistant Engineer in the US Merchant Marine.
