• Responsible for creating work flow details using Visual system and acting as the job leader throughout the shop floor in regards to production methods and trouble shooting those jobs from start to finish.
• Program, setup and maintain Mazak laser cutting machine and Trumpf CNC punching machine.
• Designed and purchased new tooling as well as maintaining tooling.
• Interact with other Production engineers and Design Engineers to create cost saving solutions for their orders.

• New Product Design using both Mechanical Desktop and Excel.
• Created building detail layouts regarding company’s move into new building involving electrical buss bars, paging systems, computer lines, and machine layouts. Created Platt of Surveys for land purchasing options during the companies’ relocation project.
