Producing spread sheets to track information needed to provide to customers to complete contractual obligations using several different sources including Components Lists, Drawings and BoMs. Building Hazardous Equipment Dossiers to satisfy customer requirements for CE compliance. Collaborating with Supplier Quality for documentation requirements to train necessary employees. Building excel spread sheet used by many different departments of Rolls-Royce to track all ISO and PED certified suppliers and manufactures including sub tiers. Working with suppliers such as Rosemount to assure all documents are in portal before devise is shipped to prevent delay of parts and QNs. Instrumental in understanding the requirements for GOST certification for new units. Working closely with Certification Specialist to gain understanding of the different certificates for Russia.
