• Specifically brought in by Ford to Design/ develop $2,000,000 project from the ground up; Ford power steering/AC hose assembly line.
o Designed/ purchased/ implemented facility needs to run a LEAN Ford motor assembly line.
o Organized tool designs and trained ATCO employees to performed assembly tasks.
• Managed equipment installation and equipment validation.
o Coordinate the pre-production runs, assisting with prototype and pre-production product builds, and training of production personnel and implementation of poke-yokes to prevent quality defects.
