RF Engineer for T-Mobile USA. Responsible for review and recommendation of potential LTE upgrades in the Nashville, TN market. Recommend and implement UMTS and HSPA upgrades in the Knoxville and Nashville, TN markets. Implement regional engineering parameter changes to improve GSM and UMTS network performance and ensure parameter compliance.
