Worked in Dr. Molly Frame’s lab observing microfluidics of blood under heat treatment, designed and built model allowing simultaneous heating and observation of blood flowing through capillary tube.

Designed and performed research experiment based on tensile testing of deer eye vitreous humor under different conditions and statistical analysis of data significance.
- WISE Introduction to Research (3.00 cr. hrs.):
Participated in three graduate student’s labs and delivered presentation to other WISE students explaining hydrogels and their applications in biomedicine.
Volunteer Experience
Bike and Build June - August 2013 - Bicycled from Providence, R.I. to Half Moon Bay, C.A. as part of a group of 30 young adults.
- Fundraised $4,500 for affordable housing (A.H.) organizations in the U.S.
