• Represented clients through management of design and construction for over $20 MM projects in the Brady Arts District in Downtown Tulsa including Guthrie Green as the centerpiece.
• Successfully managed the Brady Sustainability Project through multiple public and private funding sources including $2.6 MM from the State Energy Program/US Department of Energy, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Scope included geothermal, solar and LED lighting.
• Successfully secured an additional $200K from the State DEQ Brownfield Cleanup Subgrant Program for removal of 12 leaking underground storage tanks.
