• Transition of expanded manufacturing facilities into new location utilizing lean manufacturing layouts

Adams Thermal Systems – Canton, SD
• Created manufacturing engineering department and staffed it for a newly created focus factory operating independently of the original plant
• Co chaired the expansion team with the braze project engineer to double the size of the focus factory with layouts, material flow, purchase of capital equipment and facilities and ramp up schedule

• New product APQP and PPAP processes, new machinery design, maintain current equipment, monitor production and quality levels on current product, and incremental improvements in product manufacturing.
