Experience: Mr. Jadico has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree and many years of increasing senior in-depth multi-discipline engineering technical and project management responsibility in the areas of high technology systems development, design and testing experience in the fields of military/commercial command and control, communication, data collection and computer control systems. Mr. Jadico provided professional scientific, engineering and project management solutions for the design, development, construction and testing of a wide range of state of the art technical products and engineering services including, but not limited to, industrial automation and business systems, FAA and military air traffic control systems, various specialized airborne data collection systems, , aircraft structures, aircraft electrical and avionics systems and their required certification, business IT and voice communication systems, aircraft navigation systems and various military weapon systems. He specifically provided guidance and support to numerous commercial clients in the areas of business analysis, business process re-engineering and manufacturing automation and control. Specializing in the analysis of business processes and documentation associated with client business system functional requirements in sufficient detail to enable IT staff to write application software, minimizing costly rewrites. Additionally, he provided consulting and technical management services in systems engineering fields including, but not limited to, project and construction management, technical and engineering services contracting and sub-contracting, contract/sub-contract performance monitoring, project root cause failure analysis, design cost tradeoff studies, customer system functional specification development, system design development and acceptance testing criteria generation.
