This includes the planning, organizing, and directing of professional services for major transportation construction projects utilized for contract administration.

· This project consisted of a $35 million dollar interchange reconstruction, which included bridge demolition, bridge reconstruction, ramp reconstruction, and widening of an existing urban arterial roadway.
· Responsible for preparing progress estimates for Contractor payment, preparing and processing contract modifications, performing Engineer’s Estimates for additional work, and maintaining contract records for Final Estimate preparation.
· Coordinated with project personnel materials testing and entry into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and quantity entries into Sitemanager for the preparation of progress payments.
· Verified material test results for project acceptance.
· Communicated with Senior Field Personnel to identify and resolve issues.

Hoover Dam Bypass- Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge- Boulder City, NV

Phase III of the Hoover Dam Bypass Project consisting of a $114 million dollar concrete segmental arch bridge that spans the Colorado River approximately 1600 ft downstream of the Hoover Dam.
· Responsible for casting facilities of pre cast column segments for use in approach columns and in spandrel columns casting a total of 440 segments for permanent works as well as an additional 60 segments for temporary erection towers.
· Responsible for review of geometry control data for set-up and as cast surveys.
· Responsible for ensuring all Quality Control procedures were followed for reinforcing steel placement, post tensioning hardware placement, and for concrete placement.
· Maintained casting progress for monthly estimates.
· Responsible for review of erection procedures for pre-cast column segments.
· Responsible for erection of pre cast column segments.
· Monitored Quality Control operations and made recommendations to ensure QC compliance at all times.

Hoover Dam Bypass- Nevada Approach- Boulder City, NV

· Phase II of the Hoover Dam Bypass Project consisting of 5 new bridges, 4 cast in place box girder bridges, and 1 steel girder bridge. This phase was completed in November of 2005 with a price of $ 30 million dollars.
· Responsible for calculating grades for soffitt and webwall falsework for cast in place box girder bridges.
· Responsible for verifying finished deck grade calculations.
· Responsible for verifying and calculating elongations for post tensioned tendons, supervising the stressing of tendons, and for implementing the grouting plan for tendons.
· Supervised the erection of steel girders for the Gold Strike Canyon Bridge.
· Assisted in tracking quantities for monthly estimates.
