• Working in a project based on self-assembled growth and characterization of various Metal Silicide nanowires. Grow the self-assembled nanowires by electron beam evaporation technique in Omicron ultra high vacuum system. Do the characterization by using in-situ SEM and nano-probes.
• Fabricated Strontium Titatnate (STO) Nanowires by using Electron Beam Lithography and Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) techniques. Characterized the nanowire by using Omicron 4-point nano-probe system.
