 Cost Account Manager for Single Line Flow activities on MUOS 14m reflectors. Responsible for cost and schedule for test and integration activities totaling ~$2M. Also responsible for customer integration activities and coordination for initial and final delivery of hardware.
 Group Leader (Department Lead) for SI&T engineers. Handle tasking assignments, promotion packages, performance reviews, career growth plans & personal conflicts with members of my group.
 Test lead for Wireless Product Group Rayfish Product line. Lead team to successfully identify, diagnose & test certain products for FCC certification.
 Integrated Process Team (IPT) Lead for Panel Stuffing & Seaming (PS&S) Operations on various reflector programs (5.4m & 14m MUOS F2, Terrestar 2, & Sirius 6). Responsible for directing and leading floor technicians on various activities while also interfacing with Program Management.
 Technical floor lead for the MLI area directing ~25 technicians on daily work activities while also being the technical liaison between various engineering groups.
 Presented Material Readiness Review (MRR) for PS&S to customers and Program Management to review material status, facilities, resources, and schedule.
 Proficient in developing Work Order Flow Tags (WOFT) that detail work instructions and reference drawings for assembly and integration.
 Team lead for tooling initiative to track, identify, and record all tooling within the Commercial Reflector Enterprise (CRE). Developed tools to inventory all tooling which made for easy recognition of tooling and reduced the total costs of locating missing tooling by nearly $75K.
 GRAD committee member (Programming). Scheduled events for new hires supporting the transition from college to work while also giving exposure to upper level management through development events.

 Tracked, logged, built, and released Purchase Orders (PO) for programmable parts that needed repairs or to be returned to vendors supporting numerous programs.
 Liaison between Suppliers and Requestors handling all repair quotes, amended POs, and all technical issues concerning parts sent back for repairs.
 Solicited quotes for numerous parts from various Suppliers for proposal work and bids.
 Responsible for weekly charts and presenting material to Program Management for items received and sent out to Suppliers.

 Supported proof, electrical, and pressure testing on Propulsion Systems for JC-SAT 11 (Commercial Satellite) and AEHF-1 (Government Satellite).
 Updated work instructions using SAP while relaying daily changes to Supervisors and Shop Floor personnel. Also acted as a liaison between Operations and Engineering.
 Co-Facilitated daily meetings with Floor Supervisors, Quality, Safety, and Engineering to provide status and updates while keeping schedule up-to-date.
 Facilitated a lean event (kaizen) that evaluated the floor layout of the 100K clean room to shorten travel times between various stations. Results shortened distance traveled by 50% decreased work time by ~20%.

 Liquid Hydrogen (LH2) Anomalies Lead for STS-116 identifying and troubleshooting errors/anomalies which occurred during the loading of Liquid Propellant into the External Tank of the Space Shuttle System.
 Mentored and Trained personnel on the LH2 console. Trained personnel successfully supported a Loading and Launch under my supervisor. Personnel then supported two additional missions successfully.
 Team Lead for Propulsion group that produced a working and validated model used to re-create Liquid Level Heights and Times during Flight which was used by NASA for several missions thereafter and instrumental in post-flight data packages.
