• Reorganized the existing security of Cosi with a new system that included monitoring, and maintenance. Reduced the overall cost 75k
• Instituted a new policy and updated the current safes, safe locks, codes, and door locks. Overall theft, and police calls are down 40%
• Negotiated and executed contracts with Architects, General Contractors and Vendors for new and remodeled construction of Cosi Restaurants
• Educated and facilitated the ADA survey, review and remodeling of existing Restaurants with the Cosi Facility Managers.
