• Planned and executed training to maintain certifications and abilities on a wide range of construction, bridging, and Soldier related tasks for 3 line companies and 2 support companies.
• Managed daily operations of the Battalion operations section to include daily plans and orders, construction plans updates, training updates, and company briefings that ensured constant oversight in all areas.
• Rated as one of the top three staff officers within the Construction Engineer Battalion.

February 2009 to June 2010: Vertical Company Executive Officer: Chief operations officer and second in command of an engineer company consisting of 120 personnel and $9 million in equipment. Managed all administrative, maintenance, logistics, and training support functions of the company.
• Oversaw base support and construction contracts valued at over $4.7 million.
