Current duties include submittal review and document control as well as design drawing revision for the East Side Access Project. Additional duties include AutoCad drafting, development of shop drawings and design drawings for various projects. He has also been involved in the development of project standards and specifications, settlement analysis in relation to the construction of the rail tunnels and shafts. He has engaged in report preparation and design calculations as well as preparing initial plan drawings and development of repair procedure, repair drawings and specifications for tunnel rehabilitation projects.
Design Engineer - Bohler Engineering

Developed site plans for commercial and residential applications. Conducted local ordinance due diligence research to establish site use parameters. Produced the most efficient building and parking layouts possible within clients' property and local ordinance restrictions using AutoCAD software. Estimated project costs from the site plans created; coordinated permitting with multiple governmental and regulatory agencies. Assisted in the design of stormwater and utility systems.

Estimated costs and wrote work plans for various field activities including excavation plans, structure remediation and haul routes. Ensured tasks were performed in accordance with the project specification (quality control). Coordinated the bidding, procurement and scheduling of subcontractors and materials. Confirmed and tracked waste and fill quantities on a US EPA Super Fund Site.
