Manage refinery wide fire water distribution piping and hydraulic model to identify areas requiring upgrades to meet pre-incident scenario fire flow demands. Develop and manage fire water piping replacement and/or improvement projects throughout the refinery. Conduct annual fire pump performance flow tests and provide reports of test results in accordance with applicable NFPA codes and standards. Develop area flow testing procedures and assess flow test results to determine adequacy of existing fire water system to delivered anticipated fire flows.
