• Performed financial modeling with Xeras to model costs in Project, Budget and Maintenance cost models for varied mine types and commodities world-wide
• Provided over the phone support and in-person training for Xeras and Talpac projects
• Conducted haulage studies and fleet estimation requirements
• Provided annual Truck and Shovel Mining Systems training course
• Acted as point of contact for all North and South American Talpac support calls
• Interfaced with development teams in Brisbane for bug fixes and software product development for future 3-D full fleet haulage simulation tool

• Defined technical and commercial requirements for Liebherr Mining Equipment, both existing and future models, to be successful in the market
• Worked with suppliers to define requirements for new truck products; specifically tire, engine and drive system manufacturers
• Provided technical responses for RFI/RFQs received by customers world-wide
• Released product brochures and product development bulletins company wide
• Developed life cycle cost per ton based on truck costs, component lives and simulation data

• Performed all Talpac simulations in response to RFQ/RFIs received to output production and fuel burn figures, fleet size estimates, TKPH and cost per ton comparisons vs. competition
• Analyzed cost per tonne comparisons between competitors based on Talpac results
• Conducted field fuel studies to better improve correction factors applied to Talpac fuel consumption outputs and provide Sales with empirical information
• Assisted with field weight studies to verify payload system accuracy and truck design weights
