• Installation Sergeant Major for a multi-functional depot responsible for performing maintenance on DOD air defense and tactical missile systems.
• Responsible for the personnel actions, welfare, and quality of life for active duty, reserve component, and civilian employees.
• Serve on numerous committees and action counsels directly dealing with depot operations and support.
• Responsible for the morale, welfare, and safety of over 60 service members and 4,000 civilian employees.
• Provides advice to the Commander for the fiscal Depot budget of over $1.8 billion along with all personnel issues.

Lead Supervisor over a major repair and preventive maintenance organization that handled the repair and maintenance of heavy mobile and automotive equipment.
Exercised full supervisory responsibility, directly or through subordinate work leaders, for control over work operations involving approximately 15 workers.
Established assignment deadlines and determined priority assignments based on general work load, scheduling and time to completion. Determined through metrics and various other criteria which projects could be done concurrently, which ones must be delayed due to a number of factors including number and types of personnel with specific skill sets that were needed and available, as well as what materials, and equipment were needed or required.
Explained work requirements, methods and procedures; instructed production personnel on new procedures, and provided advice when problems arose.
Adjusted plans, assignments and methods as necessary to accomplish the work as effectively and economically as possible.
