• Process Engineer, Maaden: Project involved preparation of FEED package to EPC bidders (for Lump Sum Turnkey bids) and estimate as a Bank Feasibility Study (BFS) to Client for use to solicit funding. Work involved with the study of Purified Phosphoric Acid plant where the process is to purify the Phosphoric Acid to MGA Quality of concentration 75%w/w H3PO4 by use of a Suitable and Selective Solvent. This work involved literature research of suitable technologies, block flow diagrams, heat and material balances, process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, equipment sizing, and material take-off support
• Process Engineer, Confidential Client. Wacker, P5111 Project. Developing P&IDs and relief valve calculations for Distillation Subunit.
• Process Engineer, Rockwood Pigments, Augusta, Georgia. Developed design basis, datasheets, P&IDs for the entire OSBL Unit.
• Relief valve calculations, rating, sizing and adequacy check for BP Cooper River, Purified Terepthalic Acid Plant ,ISBL 1 phase, a project by Jacobs Engineering Inc, Greenville office. The BP PTA facility Cooper River, South Carolina is undergoing their 5-year Hazop revalidation process. Ahead of this revalidation, Jacobs is working for BP by auditing and calculating their entire unit’s relief valve collection. Also assisting on the clarifications, queries from site for the Construction phase of ISBL Phase 2 project.
• Have been leading the Relief Valve study of BP Cooper River, Purified Terepthalic Acid Plant ,ISBL 2 phase in India when working for Jacobs Engineering India Pvt Limited, Mumbai.
• Worked on vendor enquiries and Technical Bid Analysis of various mechanical equipment like compressors, pumps, blowers, adsorbers for Hydrogen Generation Project of Heurtey Petrochemicals, Serbia.
• Worked on workshare project of Jacobs Engineering Greenville office for CANNONBALL-1 project by supporting in Equipment list deliverable preparation.
• Detailed engineering preparation of Chennai Petrochemical Corporation Limited for the units OHCU,SRU, DCU. Work involves preparation of FEED documents for all units.
• Detailed engineering preparation of UNDERGROUND CRUDE STORAGE project of ISPRL, Vishakapatnam.
• Detailed engineering package preparation of IOCL Mathura Refinery involving motor spirit quality upgradation using Prime G+ technology by Axens.
