Technical lead for Virtual Pattern Casting (VPC) ceramic stereolighography mold process. Resulted in aerospace blade castings that broke a world record in engine testing.
Technical lead for Accelerated Core Removal process (ACR). Resulted in complete leaching of alumina cores.
Operations management for advanced casting single-shot furnace. Successfully demonstrated linear single crystal casting.

Responsible for all aspects of integration of rapid prototyping into investment casting to support prototype weapon components.
FASTCAST consortium principle investigator – responsible for integration of computational technologies with investment casting.
Technical lead for Rapid Tooling by Investment Casting CRADA with USAMP resulting in reduction of die development time for die casting from 36 weeks to 6 weeks.
Technical lead for green sand salt core project on aluminum alloy engine component development CRADA with General Motors. Resulted in patent application for salt core concept.
