Cross-functional support between engineering design, operations and manufacturing in-order to fix the issue.
Facility Design/ Process Design.
Drafting and designing layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum effectiveness using drafting tools and computer with a high level of employee involvement.

Asked feedbacks form the line operator from time to time, and after investigating on the responses implemented the necessary changes.
Standard Work:
Implemented Standard work all over the facility by analyzing the current process then doing Time study and with the help of TEAMCENTER Vis Mockup.
