Design – Senior Project Manager
Implemented Design-Build Program using SoftPlan architectural design software. Designed, contracted and managed residential and small commercial projects ranging from small additions to historically accurate renovations, medical offices and large custom homes.
Maintained client contact throughout the project and assured that projects were completed at or below budget expectations and at or above client expectations. Project budgets ranged from minimal on small renovations to custom homes well in excess of $1,000,000.00

Managed daily workforce requirements for company’s construction and painting divisions as well as managing the company’s estimators and junior project managers.
Coordinated supplier / subcontractor / in-house needs for as many as 30 jobs of varying scope running concurrently.
Implemented and chaired weekly workforce scheduling meetings to best utilize employee resources between the company’s four divisions.
Co-chaired company workplace safety committee. Determined and addressed problem areas through interaction with employees. Maintained compliance with OSHA standards and succeeded in maintaining jobsite safety while reducing workmen’s compensation insurance rate since committee’s inception.
Managed large loss projects for company’s insurance division. This consisted of fire, water or storm damage to properties in excess of $50,000.00. Worked directly with insurance company adjusters while also keeping the insured involved in the process and informed.
Developed, implemented and maintained the company’s employee sales incentive program designed to increase revenue and reward employees for upselling and bringing new clients to the firm.
2005 to present - Held position on the Borough of Coopersburg’s board of appeals as required by the UCC to mediate disputes with regards to interpretation of the UCC, applicability of same and / or equivalent construction methods / materials.
2010 - Became an EPA certified lead based RRP contractor to develop lead safe work practices and to allow firm to be certified in same.
Coordinated firm’s emergency response resources during fire, water or storm emergencies.
