Designed a Vapor Product CSTR control system, which includes 6 states, 3 manipulated variables and 2 disturbances.
Simulated the non-linear System and linearize the system. Used shaping filters to design the disturbances.
Developed the discrete time model and determined linear quadratic optimal controller.
Used free controller to select backed-off operating point with the most profit.
Robust control in Polyethylene (PE) Process Mar. 2011-Jun. 2011
Designed an optimal H∞ controller for constrained Hammerstein model in PE process.
In charge of Robust Control Theory, H∞ Control Theory and Lyapunov Stability Theory.
Researched stability of the controller and tested it by MATLAB Simulation.
Boiler Control System Designing Jun. 2010-Jul. 2010
Designed the Fuel feed part and product (overheated steam) output part of boiler’s actual production system.
Controlled the flow of fuel oil, air and overheated steam according to user’s demand.
