Accomplishments
I reorganized entire pallet area to make more
efficent and increase production
Redesigned crates to still be sturdy but uses less
lumber and saved on cost
Designed reusable stage crates which saves
company money
Made special jig for pallet department which
increased production of pallets by three minutes
per pallet
Keep prebuild crates for rotomold department so
they can run a smoother production
