Furnish program and project management to the US Air Force (USAF), Air Force District Washington (AFDW) at Joint Base Andrews, MD, as a Programs/Project Manager. Provide full-service project management support to the government Program Manager and Integrated Product Team. Activities included; pre-award planning, review documentation, facilitating meetings, assisting with the oversight and providing information to all stakeholders. • Deliver best value initiatives of project management support for the High-Visibility Multi-Million Dollar Projects, including statement of work (SOW), design reviews, design implementation, work review, cost analysis, and close out.
