15+ years experience in manufacturing to include various facets of manufacturing planning, manufacturing estimating, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, and project management
15+ years experience in the research and interpretation of engineering drawings, engineering specifications, process specifications, government specifications, industry specifications, purchase order requirements, etc.
15+ years experience in various manufacturing environments including large component integration, detail part manufacturing, process engineering, composite manufacturing, machine shop manufacturing, sheet metal assembly, etc.
10+ years experience in the methodologies of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Design for Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, etc.
15+ years experience in the design, development, and administration of MS Access databases (including SQL and VBA code writing), MS Excel spreadsheets (including VBA code writing), MS Project
15+ years experience in the use of various MRP/ERP systems including CAS, INFISY, DCD Classic, DCD Vantage, SAP, MES and PIOS
Various levels of experience with other software packages, operating and engineering platforms including MINITAB, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Lotus Notes, Dreamweaver, AutoCAD, CATIA (V5), ENOVIA, DELMIA, 3DVIA, etc.
